Dosage of CBD
When trying to figure out just how much CBD you should take, it will require some trial and error. I suggest starting with a low dose (10-15 mg of CBD) and see how you react.
You can slowly increase the dose over the next few days to find the most effective dose for you and your goals.
Tinctures - 500 mg, 750 mg, 1000 mg and 2500 mg (in Full Spectrum only)
Jellies - 150 mg, Each jelly is equivalent to a serving of a 750 mg-1,000 mg tincture
Boost Your Experience
Terpenes, or certain essential oils, combined with cannabinoids an flavonoids, produce the "entourage effect" (whole is greater than the sum of the parts). You can take it at the same time as your CBD if you'd like, or any time throughout the day.
